keeping a “Fuck It” attitude

For a long time in my life, I used to worry about things that did not matter but I was worrying about them. Often, sometimes there are things that gets complicated not because of situations but by us because we care too much about that, we think a lot about something that even doesn’t matter in a long run and we make our things complicated.

We keep on entangling ourselves in it like an insect which tries to get out of the spider web but the more it tries, the more it entangles itself.

I say that just keep an attitude.  A “ fuck it “ attitude for the things that constantly makes you sick, constantly challenges you and constantly confuses you. The reason is most of the things will never matter in the long run, will never affect you. But, it can make a hell of your present. It will keep you busy with the things that don’t matter anywhere.

 what really causes the stress?

Well, I don’t think anything else causes the stress on us rather than thinking too much for a thing or for a mistake or anything. Anything means just anything from any perspective. Whatever is going to happen is going to happen and nothing is going to stop it and so why are we even thinking about that thing anyway if we can’t do anything about it. can we change something we have done.  Well, I don’t think so. I thing rather thinking over something will even make our other things wrong and less productive.

Often, many times we are not even clear about the things that are worrying us or what is the main source of the particular thing that is creating the stress in our mind. If we will continuously think over a particular matter then we are not losing our valuable time but the productivity, the value and the learning. And we are going to lose all these things because of all the bullshit going through our mind.  We are making things complicated for us and losing the valuable things that are more important for life. well, I think whatever is bothering us and is of no use rather than making our other things complicated and worse in some cases. we should say one thing to those things “fuck it” and which means we don’t care . Just keep a “fuck it” attitude and things will go your way.

“Life” is a BURDEN unless you treat it the way it DESERVES

I wasn’t clear that what did I actually mean when I said that but there was something it ignited in me. I know for many years I never treated my life the way I need it to be treated and always escaped from whatever I was doing. Although I should have known that I could have treated it the better way if I had respected what god’s has given me and that’s “life” the precious gift of almighty.

When life turns into a burden?

I question myself that when exactly it turns into a burden and I found my answer that when we are just living our life for the sake of living it and we are not actually understanding the meaning of it that why it could have been given to us, why us? Everything in this world happens for a purpose and everything has a reason and when we get that reason, we will not be living it because we are not dying but because we will be living it. We will not spend the days like they just needs to go rather we will make every day and every hour worth some bucks, some bucks of the productivity, creativity or something that’s for the sake of us or it can be for anyone.

Understanding the life is the foremost important thing we should do and we should work for it. we should do what we like nor the things we are forced to do and most important we should understand why we are doing it. we should not do anything for the sake of just doing it rather we should do it because we are meant to do it. we should have no hesitation in doing it and we should be proud of doing that. Everybody has given this life to be a part of it and to do whatever the shit they want to do and it’s your choice of doing it the right way or the other way. Nobody is going to stop you and neither  you let your inner critics stop you. You will learn with time the errors and mistakes you have been doing but you should never leave the hope. You can always re- evaluate , re-analyze and re-arrange yourself but never give up and keep pushing it unless you can’t push it anymore.

When you are not loving what you are doing here then your life turns to a burden so I say just treat it the way it deserves.

it’s okay to make mistakes only if…

When the negativity in us is on a rise, unexpected and unwanted things always takes place. These negativities always take the shape of mistakes and that’s ok if we made mistakes. Doing any mistake is a human nature. It only becomes inhuman when we are doing the mistakes recklessly and are not having a bit of realization.

Why do we need to realize?

In order to answer the above question we need to understand that “why do we make mistakes?”

Remember, we do make mistake only when we are out of our senses and there are negativities around us. In these conditions anger starts to rise, we become impatient and lose our control. And in the influence of these negativities there is a certain possibility that we would make mistakes.

That’s okay if you did any mistake

That is total okay if you did any mistake because it’s totally normal but it is not okay only if we do not have a self realization option in us. Then it’s a tragedy. Then nothing can save you from the effect of those negativity and there are always chances that the mistakes are again going to happen.

Self realization helps us to actually understand where the hell we were wrong. What forced us to do that mistake and why did we do that. it guards us from doing that mistake again and again and I fear those we don’t have this option in them because they are at the most critical condition.

That’s why it’s okay to make mistakes only if we realize.

learning from the darkest times

Often, in the darkest hour ,the time when we are going through it, facing the harsh challenges of life , we sometimes encounters the positive outcome, an idea and the thoughts which probably would never had come across our mind if we had not gone through the situations.

It’s not that they can be only encountered when the life darkest hours comes and when our soul is threatened to its extent but some experiences, which are few also makes them cross our mind. Life can take any shape and can go in any direction. You may lose sometime and you may succeed some time but what is the thing that we need to uphold is the positive outcomes and the things we need to get ready for the next time.

Even when we feel like we are not loving the particular experience we need to learn a methodology of shifting our mentality in the favor of the experience. We need to see the positive outcome of the experience and should grab the opportunity of learning something positive out of it. in this way we would never take anything like a bad experience in life because what we had was an opportunity that taught us something new, something we would have never understood if we had not gone through it and also it prepared us for the worst situation. It made us come more stronger than we are and it made us more skilled. It gave an overview and made us at ease for the next time.

What makes us always happy and always gives an opportunity of learning is to take the bad experiences of your life as a learning, locate the positive outcome and an opportunity to meet the thoughts which would have never crossed your mind.

that’s the reason i don’t feel there is anything that we should regret of, anything we should feel bad for, everything is a new learning, a new experience and it’s all part of life.

It is the hope, that gives the confidence to step out and try that’s true but how much hope should we keep?

Whenever we do any work or in a process of doing a work by which amount should we hope that we are going to succeed in that particular work. Because, when I do any work I set my hopes on top of everything and I really feel the confidence which I get through that hope. But, not always that kind of hope is good when your task is not actually measured because that can cause a downfall in a confidence level to an extent where we can’t reassemble us and can’t find the strength to start again.

There must be hope, that’s important and the initial step for any task or anything in the world but my point is that, it should be well measured hope, a hope that is constant and on which we can rely throughout our task.

Actually , what happens is when our hopes are not according to our measurement  and are not well assessed,  and if an obstacle comes on our way we lose it to an extent where we may find little or no strength to recombine our energy and that’s the stage when we become completely hopeless. That’s because we were hoping for the best and after when we realize that we are no near to that best we lose our strength and stability.

Also, when we don’t have any hopes then there’s no reason for us to start anywhere and there we can’t find any strength that will help us to reach our goal.

So, what should we do? How much we should hope?

Well, I think we should assess our goal or task to a level, we should analyze it and should keep a moderate hope, an average minded hope and that kind of hope in which we know that there would be many obstacles, there would be time when we would lost everything and there would be time when either we would move back or we would find the strength to move ahead. This is the kind of hope where we know that we need a constant amount of strength and constant work need to put in it even if obstacles are there and breaks our motion. This is a well measured hope that knew that the obstacles were coming for us but we need to regain the strength and move again in the direction.

I often question myself that, what do I like to know more, and which things keeps me more and more interested. Well, there are a lot of things but I am here with an intention of sharing with you what influenced me with the idea of writing this post.

So, I start here. When I was in my school, I was highly interested in physics, although not everything kept me interested in physics but few topics about which I was highly interested and wanted to know more and more. That was because those were the topics which have the practical relation with our life and the things around us. Those were the topics such as gravitation, laws of motion,light,etc. I wanted to knew about them more and more. They gave me a zeal about the things around us and how actually things work around us. Well, that was just the beginning when I knew that I actually have a interest in physics.

When I move on further, I saw a show on Stephen Hawkings time travel theory on discovery channel. That left me thinking for some days and I was highly amazed by the imagination that even a machine can be made through which we can travel time. Although its, just an imagination by a scientist yet but imagining that, that even can be possible brought my interest closer to laws of physics. I remember, I had once read a book named “the time machine” by H.G Wells about which I no long remember much but yes that was surely an interesting book. That book kept me real excited at that time, that was a long time ago. I even used to imagine myself as the protagonist of the story and would draw many different imagination of myself. That was just daydreaming but, that was fun. Now, I will come back to the Stephen hawkings vision of time travel that “how a train made around the earth capable of running nearly around the speed of light would take us on a journey of time travel”. Wooh! Man that seems next to impossible but whatever, even just thinking of it makes me crazy and forces my mind to know about it more and more.

I remember , once I was watching a documentary on sir Albert Einstein’s life. that left me mesmerizing for a long time. I was highly influenced by the dedication of Einstein towards physics laws. The famous theory of relativity( E=mc2 ), that’s energy is equal to product of mass and square of speed of light, gave a new direction to the physics laws and gave a new dimension in the field of physics. Einstein life was a struggle for him in his early days but he did what he liked. He was not interested in learning dates of war but instead he wanted to know the reason why war happened. His life is a truly remarkable example to do what you like to do in your life.

Even movies with the great scientific concepts of time travel such as predestination, the time traveller’s wife, the future trilogy and a lot more with it’s concepts, fills me with a hope that there might be some chances that we could really travel the time. Not only time travel, I am not saying I am only influenced by the time travel but I am influenced by all the things that are related to physics and its applications.

Our, universe works on some laws. I mean how exciting it is that those large bodies revolves around the sun in a unique manner. I still can’t believe the thought that life is only on the earth and not on other planet. Possibilities are always there, that we still might find the traces of aliens somewhere and actually see them in this one life of ours. Even if not possible, knowing about these things would never stop in me. If I come around any news on the news channels or anywhere that there are some news of UFO sightings, I stop for a moment to know about them. I don’t care whether aliens are dangerous or they are not but there’s a fire inside me of knowing them about more.

The movies related to science fiction fills the excitement in me. Now, I know that I am interested totally in unwrapping the truths of the universe, the laws behind all of it and how they can be applied to bring new things around us. There’s a heap of things around us to know about and that what’s excites me. Maybe we are far from the reality, maybe things around us are not the way we know it and there would always be things that would excite us. We are fortunate enough to be in the world where there needs lot to explore and learn.

To know about these things more, we need a silence , an observation of the world around and an unending amount of interest to know more. No matter what I am doing, I always like to know more and more about the universe.

Practicing to be calm and patient beyond the comfort zone.

Well, life seems so easy and organized when things around us goes according to our planning and when we work under our comfort zone. We are so balanced and in total control when things are right and perfect.

Now, the irony is life is not perfect. Neither it should be. What makes life’s journey so interesting is that we don’t know what’s coming. That thing can be positive and pleasant for us or it can be totally opposite and unexpected in an unpleasant way. Now, there’s a bit of learning here.  What life actually, teaches us is to be cool in the uncomfortable situations. In situations, where it becomes little bit difficult for us to remain cool and composed, where our senses gets out of control and we start to give up. These types of situations come in life, not once but many times and we often make the same mistakes. We give up on our senses and patience to deal with the situations.

Anger develops in us and it’s the first step which indicates that we are starting to lose it. it takes a big dimension and the positive points, our productivity starts diminishing and it doesn’t matter how much talented and productive we are but that thing could no longer help us because that’s have been overtaken by the negative factors such as anger, fear and hopelessness. These factors work very efficiently and they make sure that we lose it the right way. Who has given them a way and affect us in negative way? The answer is that we are responsible for that. We are responsible for developing those negativity around us and they are only developed when the things gets out of order, things get out of shape, when we work out of our comfort zone and in lot of similar situations.

Even if a situation gets out of our control, keeping calm is the best thing we can do in the situation because things like anger or being impatient will be of no good. Time covers everything and the situation will also come in control but it will take some time and we need to be calm in such situations.

Now, if situation like this occurs, how can we keep us calm and patient? , how can we work under such situation? Well, I think practicing would help us. There comes time when we are facing a hard and unpleasant phase, when our negative factors are on the rise in us, when situations are totally out of control. These are the times we need to train ourselves, we need to practice calm and patience, and work. We need to put us out of our comfort zone and work. I think that would give us a better practice of staying calm and composed even if situations doesn’t goes according to our planning. No matter, how much time it takes to compose yourself and  to compose the situation but, it would be controlled for sure. So, practice to work out of your comfort zone to beat the odds.  So, what I conclude is “one who works under controlled situation and in his comfort is a player but one who works against the odds is definitely a better player.”

how to love everybody: a vision for a better world

I was having a deep thinking for some time on the topic that why do we hate others , why do we pick fights and what really makes us hate others. Then I got inside it further, I started thinking about myself that do I really hate somebody or do I really wanted to hate anybody in this world. I could think of nobody but why. What makes me so soft hearted that I don’t want to hate anybody or I don’t want to pick fight with anybody. Then what makes anybody to hate somebody so much. Why war happened and what was the reason for those killings. This takes me inside a deeper concept. I thought about my childhood and the surrounding in which I have lived and the qualities and thinking I have inbuilt in myself. Alright, I have been treated right and I have been living my life to a satisfaction level and probably that’s why I don’t have a revenge or hating kind of mindset.  I could have been a different person, I could have a rude temperament or hating kind of view but I don’t have. I am soft hearted and don’t want to pick a fight or hate somebody. It’s not that I am weak or I think I don’t have the capacity to hate anybody or to fight anybody or to have a rude kind of behavior with anybody. What actually changed my outlook was the quality thinking and the surrounding I lived in. This might or might not change but what I actually feels right now is to have a good thinking and good behavior for everybody around.  I could have been a person with a different perspective for the society around and I could have been rude to others if my surrounding and the thinking would have been different. I would have been a different if my situation would have been different and if I had gone through some harsh phase in my life.

Then the thinking got more deeper. What actually have happened if I was a person with different kind of mindset, obviously,  I would not have been writing this blog post on loving others, I would have been different. I would have hated others and probably have expected the same from others. It’s like Sir Newton’s third law to every reaction there is an equal and opposite reaction. So what could have changed me if I was a rude, hatred and aggressive to others. The answer is pretty much obvious “love”. Probably I would have changed myself and my perception would have changed even if I wouldn’t have been a good, cool minded and soft hearted person. That love might have changed me.

A person perception towards world could be soft or hard but if they would get the right treatment afterwards that could change them. I think Loving and treating a person who didn’t give you the expected reaction is reasonable. Because, you could have been in the same position and would have gone through the same situation as the person in front of you that didn’t show the expected reaction. He is already suffering as he  has  already lacked the right situation, surrounding and the quality thinking that you are lucky to have. So, I think loving and treating the opposite nature the right way is also reasonable somewhere.  I think If I do have the quality thinking and the guts to challenge my own capacity of spreading the love, we all could, we all could change our thinking to a better world.

self analysis and regrets

Life changes as the way we want it, this is what I have learned after a long time because I was not dedicated to change it the way I wanted. I have been always procrastinating things and never believed in myself but that change came when I got the real motivation for me to get a change. I changed some of my activities to produce the small changes in the long run but the condition was to be real patient. While moving on in life I had many past issues and regrets and I always needed to get over my past to move on in life and here’s how I get over that. I concluded few points about my life and my nature.

  • I started analyzing myself which included:

*writing about all the things which is stopping me somewhere.

*thinking about myself, giving me a solitude place.

*concluding all the points about me.

2) I did have negativity all around myself and at times it was very hard to conquer these things and move over but here I followed the law of energy, I just converted the negative energy to transform into positive energy. I started doing workout, going to the gym and doing physical tasks. Believe me it really gives a satisfaction and converts all those thoughts in positive one.

My thinking also gave me many disbelieves about myself that I might be suffering from schizophrenia, attention disorder, etc as my inner critics were always challenging me, playing games with my mind and deviating me from whatever the task I was supposed to do at a particular moment. At times thoughts came to my mind such as concerning psychologist or any doctor or talk sessions but then I started practicing above steps in order to analyze myself and things started getting better. I also became an introvert while analyzing myself in a solitary place but that was the much needed step. Actually it was a kind of meditation.

What keeps us stuck in past are the things and decisions we did in the past and that gives a way to regrets. These regrets are the things we need to get over to move ahead. However it’s not easy to trick the regrets because the demon inside you would always bring those regrets in your notice and would always pull you down. I analyzed those things and concluded the reason why I am regretting, which gave some of the points that shows regretting also is sometimes valuable:

  • Regrets helps you analyzing yourself and to know yourself more properly.
  • You made a choice and a decision and you were free at that moment to make that choice.
  • Regretting to a certain limit is good but it should not exceed a limit because if regret is not controlled it forms a chain. Often what causes me regret is that why did I regret all those times when I could do something productive and good.
  • Regret can be healthy if we conclude the positive outcome of anything rather the negative ones.
  • Regrets can be converted to a positive energynever-regret-anything-When you overcome the regrets and things that are holding you or stopping at a place are overcome then you can move in a forward direction, and by moving ahead and self analyzing can make changes to you the way you want. That’s why you need to analyze yourself and get over the things that hold you past.

Check it out if you regret over your past.

Ever regretted over your past , on any decisions ,any wrong actions or whatever the shit maybe … The most important thing is to realise it but never ever regret for it. The reason behind that is you are the result of all the actions committed by you only, it was only you & the consequences based on your decisions that has taken you to the position where you stand now. Probably , the things has to be this way only. There may be no other damn way that the things could have changed. Don’t blame your mindset , don’t blame your activities of past , don’t blame anything about yourself. It’ll never do good to you , instead would ruin your further life ahead. The life counts the moment you live to your best. Grab the moment , burn all the thoughts that stops you from moving ahead in life. The best way ever discovered to forget your bad past events is to forget it.  Don’t try to forget it , just forget it & believe me , it’s quite simple.
If you would try to figure out anything about it , probably it would make you fall into depression & a series of regrets would follow & that would be unbreakable , that’s why just forget it.
Whatever has happened till now & where you stand right now , if that is bothering you or whatever else is bothering you , come ahead & take it man!!!! Just take it… Living in the present is the need of the hour , be responsible for that , the moment you lost can’t be retained. Probably , life is to just move on …
The present moment defines , past doesn’t .
Accepting & moving on whatever you have & then acting upon is the only way needed right now. Deal with it. That’s only will make you contented in the long run. Start now for that. It’s never too late for that ,…   but don’t regret , don’t regret , don’t regret …
Involve in new activities that makes you feel happy, alive & gives a sense of satisfaction .
As fast as you will do new things, as you will get involved in it & carry it for sometime, the regrets will probably vanish in the sands of time & a real sense of living your life to its best would come to you. Try it !  even I have tried & the results were positive.
